Former President Donald Trump has said that if reelected, he would immediately put a halt to current Democratic President Joe Biden’s plan to provide Obamacare to illegal aliens.
According to Breitbart News, the Biden administration has begun moves to provide illegal immigrants in the US access to the Affordable Care Act by executive order. Obama promised that Obamacare would never be authorized for illegal immigrants while he was president and promoting its passage through Congress, thus Biden’s decision is a clear violation of that guarantee.
In an interview with Breitbart News following his address Friday night to the National Rifle Association (NRA) annual meeting here, Trump stated that he believes Biden’s attempts would be unsuccessful due to legal challenges. However, Trump said that if Biden managed to circumvent the legal system and provide illegal aliens access to Obamacare after retaking the White House, he would instruct his cabinet to put an end to it.
Trump stated, “Obama claimed it would not ever be approved. They’re doing it in a unique way. They won’t be able to do that by executive order, in my opinion, thus it will undoubtedly be contested. But without a doubt, I would stop it.”
Biden’s policies are encouraging more potential immigrants from across the world to want to sneak into the United States in order to take advantage of this country’s rich benefits programs, as stated by Trump who claimed that providing free healthcare to illegal aliens is “not even believable” that such a thing could be occurring.
Trump declared, “It’s not even possible that this could be occurring. What it’s doing is urging everyone to migrate to America because we’ll give them everything—free healthcare included. The current situation is bizarre. Thousands upon thousands of people are arriving in caravans. Every day, tens of thousands of individuals enter our nation. We have no information on these individuals. They are not being checked. They come from jails and mental health facilities frequently.”
Trump continued by saying that other continents, in addition to South America, will depopulate if the policies he promised to cease persisted.
