A new superPAC endorsing former President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign allegedly has Elon Musk’s intended monthly contribution of about $45 million. The Wall Street Journal spoke with people who were privy to the details, and they told them this:.

The America PAC group has a long list of important donors, including Palantir Technologies co-founder Joe Lonsdale, the Winklevoss twins, Kelly Craft (former U.S. ambassador to Canada), and her husband Joe Craft (CEO of Alliance Resource Partners, a major coal producer), among many others.

“One of the sources told the Wall Street Journal that America PAC, which was formed in June, is concentrating on getting people to vote early and seek mail-in votes in battleground states, as well as enrolling voters across the country,” the article reads. The group recognized the substantial funding that the Biden administration has allocated to so-called ‘on the ground’ initiatives in battleground areas and noted that Democrats have traditionally run strong ‘get out the vote’ campaigns. The American PAC will make every effort to address it.

Many people think that Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election because the Democrats encouraged mail-in ballots, which accounted for more than 43% of the total vote. This is the biggest margin in history.

Musk and his allies’ work will be a formidable weapon in the fight against the Democrats’ mail-in voting campaign.

News of the pro-Trump superPAC’s creation made it into Monday night’s New York Times.

“Elon Musk’s $250 billion wealth might play a huge role in the 2024 presidential election,” the article reads. “Some of his closest pals have helped launch a new superPAC aimed at aiding former President Donald J. Trump.”

Three anonymous sources connected to the group said that Mr. Musk is expected to give to America PAC; however, it is unclear whether or not he has actually done so. The organization’s first backers are a close-knit group of rich tech entrepreneurs who are friends with Mr. Musk and who frequently fund one another’s businesses, charitable endeavors, and preferred political candidates. A Monday filing with the Federal Election Commission indicated that Mr. Musk had not contributed to the super PAC as of June 30, the conclusion of the most recent disclosure period. Republicans, however, are holding out hope that he will get more involved in supporting conservative politicians and causes, given his slant to the right, particularly in his remarks on his social networking site X. Musk gave a rousing support for Trump on Saturday, not long after the president almost avoided assassination.

“We feel that four more years of Joe Biden are a major threat to the financial and physical safety of the United States,” the organization stated. They continued to say so.

This might put the Democrats, who have developed a formidable mail-in voting operation, on an equal footing with this massive game changer.
