In 2024, the Florida healthcare system has already suffered a significant financial loss due to the healthcare needs of illegal aliens, and guess who will foot the bill? American taxpayers.

According to Breitbart, Florida legislation (SB1718) now mandates that state hospitals disclose unpaid treatment expenses from undocumented immigrants. This year, the charges were an astounding $566 million. In only a few months, one state will incur expenditures related to one type of illegal alien. Florida and American taxpayers pay billions of dollars in taxes for foreign criminals, many of whom are dangerous offenders who have no right to remain in our country.

Breitbart gave some statistical background.

“At a recent county meeting, “CEO of Manatee Memorial Hospital, Tom McDougal, mentioned the hospital’s receipt of $2.7 million in financing from the county in 2023.” On April 18, the Herald-Tribune revealed that the hospital had to pay $21.2 million in uninsured care charges in 2023, mostly to illegal immigrants, as opposed to $14.4 million in 2021. It is scarcely unique for Florida to allocate millions of dollars in public funds to provide health care for undocumented immigrants. Fox News revealed in March 2023 that Yuma Regional Medical Center had paid $26 million on migrants who failed to pay for the services between December 2021 and November 2022.”

That probably skyrocketed because Arizona became a focal point of the border conflict in 2024. However, all states now have borders. Illegal immigrants are displacing native-born citizens in Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Texas, California, Montana, and New York, among other states in the union.

Breitbart provided additional state and federal information on illegal alien expenses:

“Texas GOP Attorney General Ken Paxton calculated in January 2021 that the Lone Star State given between $62-90 million annually on immigration enforcement. Illinois stated that it spent $1.1 billion in 2022. The federal government was paying $18.5 billion on hospitals and medical services for undocumented immigrants as early as 2018. “The Federation for Immigration Reform stated at the beginning of 2023 that unpaid medical treatment for illegal aliens accounts for $8.2 billion of the yearly cost of illegal immigration to the country’s healthcare systems.”

With taxpayer-funded benefits, the Biden administration is luring illegal immigrants to the United States. Breitbart claims that during his presidency, Donald Trump prohibited spending like the ones mentioned above; nevertheless, the Biden administration naturally undid that sensible regulation.

Numerous criminals, gang members, possible terrorists, and foreign agents are among the stream of illegal immigrants, yet the Biden administration is glad to siphon off tax dollars from the general public to compensate these migrants for their criminal behavior. Of course, that could be the case because of another Biden move that allowed illegal immigrants to be tallied in the Census, giving Democrats a permanent advantage in the Electoral College and Congress. Democrats just care about achieving their own self-serving objectives; they do not care how much Americans suffer.
