Through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Trust, Bill Gates bought 1.7 million shares of Anheuser-Busch Inbev in the second quarter of this year. Whether the billionaire’s new brand image aligns with his notorious reputation as an “office bully” and buddy of Jeffrey Epstein, or if he made the purchase in the hopes that the firm can move past its Bud Light scandal, is unclear.

TipRanks says that Gates’s stock in Anheuser-Busch is worth $95 million on the market.

The share price of the company has dropped by almost 9% over the last six months, according to the New York Post. Over 3% of the stock’s value has been lost in the last five days.

Ever since Dylan Mulvaney unveiled the personalized Bud Light can featuring his own face on April 1, sales have been steadily declining. At the time, Breitbart News said that the reaction from people all over the country against this marketing disaster wiped out $6 billion in market value.

The fact that Gates bought 1.7 million shares shows that he thinks the beer giant will win back customers after its disastrous ad campaign with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney.

Sarah Simon, an analyst at Morgan Stanley, told TipRanks that the beer giant’s expansion into developing regions, such as the Asia Pacific area, lessens the impact of the decline in U.S. share prices.

“After one-time costs in 2023, we expect profit growth to start up again in 2024. Strong cash flow growth will drive leverage to the target 2.0x, letting the payout ratio go up and share buybacks start up again in 2026,” Simon told TipRanks. “This upside is not taken into account in the current price, in our opinion.”

Even though this is a good way to look at the feature, Bud Light is still not doing well in America. Breitbart News recently said that Modelo is still getting ahead of the name that used to be the most popular in American stores.

“The most recent NielsenIQ data, which Bump Williams Consulting gave to FOX Business, shows that Bud Light sales in places like grocery stores and gas stations have dropped 15.9% in terms of dollars and 20.1% in terms of volume as of August 19.”

“Sales of Modelo were up 10.3%, and the total volume sold was up 9.6%.”

Bill Gates was in the news recently when it came out that women who wanted to work in his private office were confronted with sexually detailed questions.

Some of the things that happened to him in the past are like this. People who worked at Microsoft called Gates an “office bully” because he had affairs with women at work.

In addition to his many attempts to minimize his close friendship with Jeffrey Epstein and his continued antics with women, Gates found himself in a difficult situation when he started having an affair with a young Russian bridge player.
